Intro to Stage Combat and Vocal Performance

Vocal efforts during moments of violence can make or break the performance,  but if you have never been in a fight the likelihood of knowing what sounds to make can only be guessed at. 

In this 5 class workshop we will get you up and moving, throwing punches, kicks, and swinging swords. I will teach you how to safely do physical violence and how to vocalize for the specific movement you are doing. We will break down the movement and how the voice is affected from those movements.

Ariel is a multi-faceted entertainment professional. Ballet dancer turned opera singer turned stuntman turned voice actor, Ariel finds her way into as many forms of entertainment as possible. Her love for the theatrical has made her a shoe in for roles from the stage to a wrestling ring. Now you can readily find her teaching combat and acting techniques to a new generation of performers from all over the world.
