Improv can make your auditions really stand out - whether it be adding a joke tag to a line or as simple as adding an effort of a small sound, improv makes your audition unique. Improvising on a script takes confidence, practice and an active relationship to the character that enables you to bring extra life to what is already written.

Michael Orenstein has a decades-long relationship with professional comedy making. He toured throughout the US, Canada and the Caribbean as a stand-up comedian for 16 years. He studied improv, sketch and character creation at Second City, Acme and The LA Connection. Michael taught improv and acting at the world renown Lee Strasburg theater for several years as well. With more than 15 years as a Voice Actor, he has voiced hundreds of commercials, dozens of games (including World of Warcraft and Grand Theft Auto), and numerous animated projects for Netflix, Hulu, Funimation, HBO and Disney.
